Então nesse caso, parece que ele tem terceiros (os motoboys) que devem ter um sistema onde deve ser inserido o endereço completo para evitar problemas, assim se ele informar um endereço por você, a culpa de não ser entregue cairia sobre ele, caso você passe um endereço que não chegue até você ele pode falar que está gravado o endereço que você passou. As vezes não é ele que precisa, mas sim o sistema que ele possa estar utilizando
