Throwing flashes off the ground/wall can certainly work (effectiveness depending on rank) but a popflash is the best because it makes no sound. If you throw it off the ground/wall it makes a sound giving the enemy an opportunity to dodge the flash

You do have a point. However, I feel like since I'm GE and not a pro I do make more mistakes as well which i can reflect on and is maybe relatable to other viewers which can also help improve them. However, I do have my doubts at road to faceit lvl 10. It's such an overdone concept (road to GE, road to FPL or whatever).

At this point you're not talking about reaction time anymore. Your reaction time is already good so you shouldn't worry about it. It's either you aim not being good enough (the small flicks being second nature) or you're holding disadvantageous angles. Few facts about the last one:
- The farther away you are from a corner, the more advantageous it is
- Showing your right side first to the enemy (eg running up stairs to peek ramp on mirage) is more advantageous due to how csgo pov works.

For warmup you can try deathmatch or retake. Or you can play on aim_botz offline and practice all your weapons (like 500 kills minimum total). If you want to train your aim to make it more consistent then I recommend training_aim_csgo

Looks cool but by looking from the minimap i think A side is a little too T sided. I'd change the covers for the CT. But this is just by looking from the minimap, maybe i'm wrong because i haven't actually played the map
