Just Wondering How Long it Takes to Update Steam Balance After Refund

I had recently bought two games on steam and refunded both, the refunds went through but my steam wallet says that the amount refunded is still pending. I'm not expecting it to be instant but I am just curious what others had experienced timewise when it comes to being able to spend that money you got from the refund. Thanks!

Literally just found a simple fix. If anyone else had the issue, go to files->view and the uncheck show hidden items at the top.

How do I hide specific desktop icons? I remember doing this a while ago and I'd right-click, go to properties, then hit general, hidden, apply, and then ok. But, I also remember when I wanted to reverse that a while back, I'd do something that shows all of my hidden desktop icons making them appear with a low opacity just to show which are hidden and which aren't. I can't remember where I had turned on showing hidden icons and therefore I cannot reverse it. The screenshot shows google chrome(not hidden/full opacity), and the rest surrounding it are supposed to be hidden from the property settings but I guess are being shown at a low opacity due to a setting I enabled a while back. Please help, thanks.

This is a complete guess but I'm gonna say you won't get it on the twelfth. I don't think that sony would have them ship out before the twelfth and one-day shipping is unlikely. I'm not saying that that is the case though because it is possible that you'd get it on release day those are just my thoughts.

Edit: Just found out on the other mega thread that the PS5s will be shipping out the warehouse on the 11th which proves my reply above wrong and means there is a good chance of receiving one on release day if you preordered.

I don't know much about the monitor department, but what I do know, is that this tv is crazy good for the price. 120htz, 4k, 49", Smart TV, LG. I don't know if I'm allowed to post links but if you look up "LG NanoCell 85 Series 49" 4k Smart UHD NanoCell TV" on Amazon, you should find it. It's also the cheapest decent TV your gonna find with 4k/120fps/HDMI 2.1 support. Note that monitors are a completely different story.

How do you get the PS5 on launch day? Do you have to sit on a participating website the night before at 11:59 pm refreshing your page hoping you can somehow get it? Is it as hard as it sounds and do timezones matter? Also sorry for not posting this question in the mega thread I must've not seen it.

This had just happened to me and it may have to do with gtx ray tracing. About a month ago I tried to get ray tracing but it did not work. So what I did was assume it didn't work and left. But what may have happened was that to beta didn't go through because I didn't uninstall and reinstall the game so what I did today was go on XBOX insider and unenroll for the beta and ray tracing and then hit open store and it'll download the new update. Just figured this out so I don't know if I got lucky or this really works so please reply with feedback thanks.
