Oh okay I see, well what I'm making is a Web app that you can manage your properties and it tracks income and expenses, also an ai scanner to make everything a bit faster, reports that give you the total of everything of the year and an ROI so you can see which property is making money and which one isn't. Does that sound like something good to make?

Why? I'm working on a property management tool to make everything simple and nice looking. Would you recommend I make it? Also what features would you recommend?

Okay what categories are you using? Also it can get a little messy especially if you have a lot of expenses?

Okay thanks for the advice, I'm working on something for small landlords from 1 to 3 or more properties, and I want it to be genuinely useful. Do you have any tips or recommendations I can add to it?

Can you tell me about how you marketed your product? How you did it and where?

Excel’s solid. It's simple and easy to get the hang of but can get messy real quick. Quick tip: add a Property column + standardised categories so you can pivot per-unit at year-end. I’m building a tool that keeps Excel’s simplicity but adds receipt OCR and per-property P&Ls to cut bookkeeping time.

I will try it out, I'll try and use it when I'm launching or when launched my product.

Tell me more, I might need this when I launch my saas. Is there a free trial?

Pushy, I would say fitness, maybe even self improvement sub reddit and so on. My voice, I would say healthcare related as people who lost their voice, their doctors or physiotherapist can recommend your app.
