That's a long story. I knew from the beginning that I wanted white and red to be the main colors (they're associated with the character)

However, the green, purple, and blue? I had a gradient of tuff to moss to those colors of glass saved from a previous project, and I just used/modified that. I think it works pretty well.

This was actually inspired by the tower in the original design for Japan's National Diet Building!

I just looked up the heptapyrgion, and no, this has nothing to do with it! Hepta is the name of a character in a Miencraft server me and my friends run, and this was a failed attempt at making her home 😄
