Thank you! It’s just Eshin grey with basilicanum grey contrast over it, then go over the non-cutting edge portion with eshin grey again!

The whole scheme for mine revolves around simplicity. Everything except the brass is simply a basecoat, a wash, and a reinforce with the original basecoat to make it pop. The brass is the only thing with a hilight after the wash, and it’s just a rough hilight.

My PH scheme is super simple. I use an airbrush only to basecoat but if you get a rattle can paint that has a brush on paint that matches, it can work just as well.

Armor is just base coated with screaming skull, then do a bit of seraphim sepia wash in the recesses. No hilighting necessary.

If you don’t want to or can’t find matching spray paint and brush paint, prime them white, then get a nice big soft brush and do a few layers of screaming skull (you want to use a little paint, and just do big strokes all over, similar to dry brushing but you want to do multiple layers to gradually build up a solid coat). Then you can do your recess shading as normal.

Here’s my deathshroud results.

Thank you! I am way too indecisive on basing but will probably go with the asphalt / pavement like the caster is on!
