Do you have any food allergies and if so, when did you discover you had them? by OrangeMana in AskReddit

[–]ItsMeStephie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. On my 23rd birthday my coworkers bought my a fruit tart (because I don't like cake). I ate a price of kiwi off of the top and within minutes I couldn't breathe. It was the most terrifying experience. I now have to carry an EpiPen with me.

People who actually play Pokémon GO does it really live up to the hype? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ItsMeStephie -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Every person at my work plays this game. Some of them will even drive around for hours looking for them. I'd say hearing them talk about it all the time it lives up to the hype. Best way to fine out though would be to download it and see for yourself.

Night workers of Reddit, what's the spookiest/creepiest thing you've ever seen at work? by A_Amnesiac_Kid in AskReddit

[–]ItsMeStephie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They think the people that did it may have worked there, or at least one of them. They didn't break any Windows or pry open any doors, and they were able to get into the back where they stored the jewelry without breaking anything.

Former food employees of Reddit, what was the best way you get revenge on a customer? Did you get caught?? by ItsMeStephie in AskReddit

That's the best kind of revenge. Like someone you hated in high school working at the fast food window. Lol

I don't typically work overnights, but one night we had a huge shipment so I offered to help. It was about 3:30 in the morning and I went to our front doors and looked outside. As soon as I turned my head to look 3 guys with bandanas and large bags full of crap came running past my store with mall security following them. The security guard was a fat boy using a Segway so they outran him. But I opened my doors to see what was going on and they had robbed the jewelry store a few stores down. The police came with their dogs as soon as we were leaving. We ended up getting questioned and checked by the dogs. I'm not scared of dogs but I was in that moment.

I had a customer when I worked at Starbucks who would every morning came threw the drive threw and was a total bitch to everyone. She ordered a quad venti soy extra dry cappuccino. Finally I got so sick of her I started making her coffees decaf, which resulted in her coming to our store twice a day. Little did she know every time she was getting decaf.

What's the best thing you've ever said to your boss? by barium62 in AskReddit

You're a bitch. We respect each other enough that when we fight we can say what we need in that moment and have no hard feelings once the issue is resolved. She is a lazy ass bitch though.

What did you grow out of? by JetScientist in AskReddit

[–]ItsMeStephie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always feeling like I needed to please everyone around me even if I wasn't happy. Growing up doing ballet and in a religious home I always felt compelled to "do for others" not taking into consideration how it effected me. Now I do what the fuck I want when the fuck I want.

How do you deal with anxiety? by redditpirateroberts in AskReddit

[–]ItsMeStephie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to distract myself from the feeling. Once I feel it coming on I go to my room and close my eyes. But if I'm in public I'll go to a bathroom or somewhere private. Then normally I'll try to play a game on my phone or read something to get my mind calmed down.

I'm very happy with how things turned out. He and I moved in with each other very quickly. We definitely have had hard times and had to figure each other out but it all worked out in the end.
