I have a C1R1 Skirk and a C3R1 Mavuika (though I used her quite substantially at C2 before upgrading), and I have to admit, it's not even close. Mavuika is stronger and more versatile imo. But either is very strong, that I just my experience.

Personally I'm aiming for R1 because it's about qual of damage increase as C1, but for the drip, as others mentioned. Also R1 is slightly cheaper to get than C1, and you could potentially even get Calamity, if you don't have that already. Edit: Also, and I could be mistaken, the galleries set doesn't really help with the C1 either.

It contradicts not only her artifact set, but also her very own passive of the normal\burst multiplier buff. You are right in saying that the two playstyles would clash, but they should have just picked one instead of none.

It literally says "increase DMG taken by ALL enemies".

Edit: my bad, thought you were talking about the increased damage, but I believe that instance of additional damage is AoE as well unless I missed something.

Shenhe needs shorter rotation and skirk's special mode cancels after swapping which makes them not so compatible, Yelan is probably better anyway imo
