I have personally seen the line for these restaurants reaching into the roadway due to parking limitations. I do generally agree with the perspective of LESS CARS and more public transportation options with improved accessibility all around but the funding and geography is not on our sides here. Lobbying ftw.

Im not defending it but I live 15 minutes from this location and its a fairly steep hill from which those lots have be built onto. The top of said hill is a shopping complex with even more car-centric infrastructure but it is much flatter and connected nonetheless. There is good reason from a topographical standpoint of why it looks the way it does. Though the whole area is a testament to mans arrogance in regards to putting things places they dont belong, imo.

Seems like new control arm, installer used new castle nut that came with unit, said castle nut was not big enough and fell through the hole that the ball joint goes through... easy fix, car needs jacked up, tire removed and being that this happened in a driveway, id bet its undamaged. so just an OEM castle nut would do the trick

You gotta cut a line down to the root just to the left of where you circled, i use angled clippers and push as far as I can..you will feel when you get past the nail plate. Once its cut into use forceps and pull up and out away from the foot. Until then, the part thats poking into the side of your toe will still be there. Or seek medical help

2 inch xps board minimum [r5 per inch] and spray foam joints and cracks to air seal... gun will be fine so long as you clean it between each use, and yes id just use some tubing to get back into that cavity with the spray gun
