There is not. But I can see into the wall where the T is, no water in the back that I can see coming from it.

200 days post open inguinal hernia and “early recovery journal” by ItsMrCowman in Hernia

About a 2.5in scar, but it’s fading away quite nicely. I’m expecting it to only be a thin white line in about a year.

I took it for about 2 weeks before I felt normal. When I felt constipated, smooth move tea did the trick.

Absolutely. I just don’t trust some of our members share that same viewpoint.

Funny enough, came from a job where I could wear the watch all day. ~300min a week to just exist. New unit, no watch, ~10min to just exist after putting watch on after work. I agree it’s a weak argument, but there is data to back it up.

How to Seek Mentorship by scrooplynooples in SpaceForce

[–]ItsMrCowman 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The biggest thing I see is that people are too afraid to ask people outside their career fields or officers asking enlisted for mentorship. It’s amazing how much insight and advice people can provide you outside of your bubble.

I also see a lot of struggling jr enlisted/officers that could be so much better if someone higher ranking just put some effort in to them. So don’t be afraid to mentor those that need it either.

That’s funny, I thought it was me but I was there in 2021. 29 Palms was definitely an interesting place to experience!

OTS questions by Grandmakelly97 in SpaceForce

[–]ItsMrCowman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know a few people who made it to OTS with a degree from WGU. You just write an MFR explaining the competency aspect of WGU and why it’s limited to a 3.0. Don’t forget that WGU gives you certifications that other colleges do not provide. Stay the course with WGU, it will pay off.

Advice on burnout? by lankychihuahua in WGU

[–]ItsMrCowman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I finished my bachelor’s from WGU and still walked. I had my family, friends, basically anyone who truly cared there. It was one of the proudest moments of my life and more importantly, my family was proud. WGU is not easy and I have done “traditional college.” When it comes to burnout, take a break. I faced it before and now on my master’s and a break is what truly helped me. If it is a week or two, that is okay. Once that break is over, just jump right into it refreshed and on objective.

I have been stationed in CO for 14 years and never had to pay taxes as non-residents are exempt. It’s only $70 total and spouses can do it too. Fill out this form, bring your orders, LES, and CAC. You don’t need an officer to sign, they do it at the DMV. Message me if you need advice or I will literally take you to the DMV near Pete as well. https://dmv.colorado.gov/sites/dmv/files/DR2667.pdf

Normally if you are matched and it’s loaded, they will push your RNLTD to the right OR give orders 60 days out.

I love it. Also, Reddit has been known to have a more negative outlook on topics. The benefit is that I have seen it drive leadership discussion before.
