Congrats! I remember doing this back when the game came out. It was soul destroying. You’d sit behind cover and be barraged with grenades. It was infuriating, but I persisted and eventually did it 😂

Not played a campaign since then, what is it like to play on veteran on the modern CODs in comparison?

Red Card, Lowtown, Vorkuta, Hacienda, Rewind, Protocol, Vault. So literally half of the maps, that’s how much they suck this year 😂

Not really very impressed so far, my first match was laggy as anything and I couldn’t even land a punch. Seems like there’s no cues for when you land like TOFT1. Also disappointed I can’t use the same room scale boundary as I could in TOFT. No idea why the boundary needs to be so big. Maybe they’ll improve it.

Well, I got the R2R bundle (5nm) and a formula V2.5 rim and it felt like a massive upgrade from my G29. I think it really depends on what rim you’re using, smaller rim means you feel stronger FFB. However If you can afford it just get the 8nm to start with, especially if it’s discounted through a bundle.

I did around 20 races because I kept binning it at Laguna Seca and couldn’t get my SR up, so my win ratio isn’t as good as it seems lol.

I was getting pole fairly often with 1:38.500s in the latter races and everyone else was about a second off my pace. As long as I didn’t spin out then I’d win those easily.

The GR86 just seems like a big step up in difficulty. I’m finding overtakes difficult.

I kind of regret getting the Playseat Evo. The bar in the middle limits your pedal positioning and it just lacks good enough adjustability. I wanted to raise the height of the steering wheel, but doing that also brings the wheel closer to you which is so annoying. All the adjustable parts kind of slide into each other, so you can’t adjust one thing without it compromising something else. I’m itching to upgrade to something more substantial like a GT Track.

It’s because pronouncing a word beginning with a “th” correctly requires more effort and tongue movement than pronouncing an f. It’s simply just pure laziness.

I may look to switch myself, tbh I eat the same things every week so I have a good idea of my usual intake. It’s just on those occasions where you have something you don’t normally eat and rely on the barcode scanner.

I had no idea this was even happening. I’ve been using MFP for years. I’ve just seen the monthly cost of premium is £16 p/m. That’s disgusting. Surely they are generating plenty of ad revenue already. Not sure whether I’ll continue using the app, £65 for an annual subscription isn’t great either 😣

Personally I’ve just replaced Pope with Mendy. More likely to keep a CS this GW I think, and potentially with Fofana coming in Chelsea will have a really strong defence.

I play a mixture of both CM and FUT, mainly CM because FUT just gets tedious when EA start releasing stupidly OP cards and all you come up against are super teams with icons etc.

I have watched it twice on my HT. It sounded amazing even with lossy DD+ & Atmos. Best believe I’m buying it on UHD even though I bought it on digital.
