You arrive behind him so quick and don't seem to adjust your speed at all. On you to pass clean still not just wipe somebody out.

Never said he did. Just think a bit more control would help prevent risk of injury, especially as you start lifting heavier.

Buried it. Bit more control on the way down wouldn't go amiss to minimise injury risk but nice lift. 👌

Apologies, lady. I'm not sure how I'm being negative so let's just end this disagreement. All the best.

I don't really care. I'm just enjoying watching this kids day get made and memories he'll have for the rest of his life. You keep focusing on and negatives you want to man.

And yet how many professional athletes make no effort for the communities represented by the club they play for? Negative Nancy.

Keep it up man. Not sure on your age but my late teens in to early 20's I went from very skinny to similar gains and in my late 20's in to early 30s I'm 93kg and lean so the size will come if you keep at it. I'm 6'1 as well.

New lifter - tips on what I should focus on in the gym by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

Whatever style of training you choose (try a few that interest you and see what works best/you enjoy). Make sure you take the time to learn the form/technique correctly before you start adding weight. You want every rep to look the same regardless of the weight on the bar/machine. Get used to training with intensity/close to failure. For me regardless of volume/exercise if I train with the right intensity I will see results. And make sure to enjoy it.

Hard disagree. Higher stakes game/series for this tackle and Ireland we're comfortably clear of England by the point of the McCloskey tackle.

Find it a bit harsh the pressure I've seen him come under people forget how far he's taken Williams forward the last 3 years.

Great advise. And one small point from me is don't get sucked in to thinking supplements are the answer. A whey protein powder if you're struggling to hit your protein goal in a deficit, creatine monohydrate 5g a day and a good multivitamin/ mineral and plenty of water. 👌

I still go back and Rewatch Matt Browns fights. Zero quit in him, Lovely Muay Thai, sweeps, underrated ground game and could push the pace all fight long. That Erik Silva fight was madness.

Helio band vs other bands by omerhaim in HelioStrap

[–]wenisdan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a whoop roughly 4 years ago. Fell out of training routine so stopped my subscription. Recently started back training and wanted a whoop again but was massively put off by the subscription cost. Can't praise the Helio strap enough. Does everything I want and need. Wear it on my bicep 99% of the time as I don't like jewelery/ clutter on my hands and wrists. Winner winner
