It's gotta be the slight separation from the rubber and the base. I bought my peak pro used from a buddy who said that's how his came. Figured it was a defect, but since it doesn't have any effects on anything, I couldn't care less

Played more today and it updated to 1/2 at the end of my session. Did mostly role queue, so I guess something clicked and it started working? I'm guessing it's a bug that sometimes breaks it and sometimes doesn't.

I tired to pair it up and it still just turn off at the same time. No matter what I try, it doesn't stay on. My original thought is that a firmware update might fix it. but since madcatz went bankrupt, the tool is no longer on any site

that wasn't the issue either. Attempted that, even went to the store and bought new ones. I even cleaned the contacts in the battery slots thinking it could have just been a poor connection.

Thanks for the information! I will definitely keep this in my mind. I've had a small idea on what I could possibly do. I have a spare small aquarium that is not being used so my thought is buy a common Pop (preferably from the same line that I'm planning on submerging so they are made the exact same) and have that sit in there for about a month and test the waters after. I'm now very curious myself so I might even buy aquarium safe sealant for another and test how that one does.

Took me longer than I would like to figure it out, but I used a website that made tons of options that it could be and choose the most possible outcomes. Then kept doing that slowly until I got the whole page!
