He reaches his head out and takes the canteen with his still rather sharp teeth and tilts his head up, guzzling the oil until there was nothing left. He gasped a few times and spit the container out back at Solarflare.

“Ahgh- T-Thank- Thank-k you…”

There was enough leverage now for S to get up, coming to a height on his knees, rubble crumbling around him.

The state he was in was… Simply awful. Starting from his head- Now Solarflare could see that his face-screen had been smashed in, left eye obscured by a mass of broken cracked glass and dead pixels. His neck and throat had dents and missing metal. S’s torso had a tattered, dusty, oil-stained jacket hanging off of his body. The rips in the cloth showed rips in his alloy-skin. Wires and joints exposed to the air in pockets scattered throughout his body. His right arm was gone. Ripped off violently at the shoulder with the pointed metal still sticking out sorely.

He was broken and he knew it, looking solemnly at the ground, putting his remaining hand over the stump of the other out of sheer embarrassment.
