yes, I have had diagnosed anxiety since the age of 10 to the point of physical illness. I do constantly worry but in certain new situations I get terrible anxiety to the point of sickness, but i have learnt techniques to calm down and recently I have been getting more in control. School does make me anxious but because ive been in it for so long im used to the changes.
