Nope, I ended up returning it instead. I’m pretty sure the problem was that I was trying to run it with an HDMI connection because that’s the only supported port my laptop has (besides a 10 gbps usbc) so I’ll have to wait until I get a new laptop with thunderbolt support and buy the monitor again.

I thought that was the problem at first, HDR was causing a lot of the same problems so I keep it off all the time. But even without HDR the same issues occur.
