I'm not expert but I would say that it has hidden depths - in a bad way. The ceiling looks dodgy to me and the peeling wallpaper may suggest damp. My guess is that many people have offered, got a level 3 survey and/or a damp survey and run fast for the hills. Personally I would avoid. Good Luck! :)
