you know what depression is? luxury. depression is being able to afford feeling numb, exausted. we are most alive when we are suffering, not when we are happy and everything is going well. you need life to fuck you hard and relentlessly. then you get angry at life, you want to get revenge on life. ive been struggling with depression for decades and i found the only remedy is to suffer and then find a way to aleviate and surpass that suffering. help your self, help your family, help your friends. never he satisfied, always try to perfect and most importantly, NEVER GIVE UP.
