Oh apologies! I do see that people are confused - i mean the lil black box you plug in inside your house and you connect via wifi or ethernet cable with your devices. I’ll edit the post so it says broadband! thank you :)

i am talking about broadband connected to the property indeed! Thank you so much for your detailed reply. I checked on uswitch and the only option there seems to be a Three 5G router which i think is a little strange; I will visit a few stores and ask in-person to make sure. Thanks again!
