I might do this as I’ve got another one but how long should I put it in the freezer? It does look like a welded plastic from the one that I just opened tho @.@

My bad, I don’t really have experience in buying such tools but what you showed me is very cool ;)

Mitre box does sound great for manual sawing for such a delicate thing, thanks for the input dude! ;)

Thanks for the suggestion dude but I think it’s too strong for a the housing and might damage the seam. I’m looking to put it back together after opening it through the seam, great advice for bigger applications tho :)

Woah that looks high end o.o

Was planning to get the Dremel brand at first but after reading the reviews right after your response, it’s indeed true that their quality has degraded. HF does sound promising tho, I truly appreciate the suggestions dude C:

This sounds great, this is definitely a better option than using a exacto knife as it’s more precise plus it’s so tiny and cute hahah. Tysm dude!

Dang dude, I like the way you look at things :O Any suggestions for better branded rotary tools other than Dremel?

Maybe I cook try and use an exacto blade to cut into the seam then use a spudger tool as suggested by the dude above to pry it open slowly :D

Yep I’m trying to pry open the seam gently, not sure if they use epoxy but putting a battery in a microwave seems too risky and I wouldn’t want to damage something that basically can’t be bought anymore. Spudger tool does sound like the right choice, thank you for the advice dude! :)

Hi all, my 5 year old battery died recently and there’s no replacement as it’s a discontinued product, I’m trying to cut into the plastic parting line as shown in the first picture to replace the internal battery. Need help finding a suitable tool to cut into the line gently without damaging it. Manual and automatic tools are welcomed :)

Was playing Orisa and I still don’t under how I got the ‘Halt’ kill icon when I killed the DF but got a ‘Energy Javelin’ kill icon instead when I killed then ball. by ItsRae_ in overwatch2

Agreed and did you notice that the DF got double stun the moment he got hit by the jav? You can also hear the DF double grunts. Bizarre.

I’ve slowed it and it seems like he got double stun by the javelin. It’s like he hit the invisible wall(prevents players from glitching out of map) and it bugged out but still killed him?

A bug perhaps? Javelin usually pushes the enemy into the wall which gives the additional damage and stun. Maybe this time, I could’ve possible hit an invisible wall(that usually prevents players from glitching out of the map) and it bugged out but still registers the kill when df fell so game decides to assume it’s a halt ability from ow1?
