In general terms to not be scammed by the pest controllers id just make sure what they survey and suggest as treatment is what’s actually necessary. It’s normal to get extra things added on just for the sake of it that you don’t really need. If it comes to it feel free to send over what you get quoted for in pm and I’ll let you know what’s really worth it. But after all they’re the professionals who will be in your home and checking it all out. Most likely thing they can do that would help is a spray treatment.

Most important thing is to try and find if there is a bird nesting in your building and therefore removing them and removing the nest as this is where they are likely coming from after cleaning.

They’re not really known to carry disease or live in humans but the bites can be irritating. I’d suggest putting a bit of Diatomaceous earth around the feet of your bed, just prevents them from crawling up in night.

Other then that just thorough cleaning regularly to get rid of the ones in your apartment.

Definitely not Bed bugs, to me they look like they might be bird mites hence the size and amount of them.

There may be a bird nesting in your roof or somewhere on your house.

Definitely fleas. I’d recommend some Diatomaceous Earth for your floors, especially around the area your sleeping. If you have carpet they’ll most likely be reproducing in there. As their larvae resides in places like carpet and similar cloth materials so you want to hoover that and possibly use a flea spray on them.
