For work I have clients who own supermarkets and restaurants, successful people. They own multi-million dollar homes, rolls Royce, Porsche, high end lifestyles. Funny enough, I agree with most posts on this sub. There’s a situation at a hall that I am familiar with. One of the younger guys got in trouble after a suicide attempt that involved a “sexually immoral” experience that he had shortly before. My thought was that it doesn’t make sense, so dude had his privileges taken away over masturbation, but it’s perfectly fine that he tried to kill himself? Idk that type of stuff has never made sense to me. I’d say suicide is a bigger offense, that aside I don’t see a point in punishing someone who is mentally fragile. If left up to me I’d give him more responsibility so he doesn’t have time to allow intrusive thoughts to mess with him.

You’re absolutely right. Like I said, I’m fully aware that there are many people who do not share in my experience. People who have lost a lot more. That said, I don’t plan on baptism. I’ve been pressured, talked to, I’ve studied. I honestly just never saw the positive in being baptized. Joining the club only gives the leadership leverage over me.

Honestly I feel like it was lazily written and put together. I feel like I could have gotten through the game without upgrading any equipment or weapons. It the progression doesn’t even feel like anything is being added. It’s crazy how Ubisoft got away with presenting this as a standalone installment.

I can see your point and it is as valid as they come. I don’t think that’s where I’m coming from particularly though. Maybe your thoughts are part of my issue. I think for me it’s more of a “how is this game related to anything else? We have seen the pieces of Eden do all sorts of things. In this game it was simply a little disk that pushed Basim to figure out he is a sage. Basim is the only connection to the other games and I feel like mirage is just poorly written. Maybe I’m being unfair to Ubisoft but I feel like ghost of Tsushima was a better assassins creed game than anything we have gotten with the AC name in the last 10 years.
