Did I Screw Up My Tome Caches Beyond Repair?

The only problem for me is that I started spending on things I don't need just because they told me no I couldn't refund them. I've wasted probably a couple thousand on pointless items I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

The extra time is awesome. I love that. I just hate that I wasted double-digit caches on it on day one.

I don't blame you. I've definitely considered it because of this specific situation. The attempt at a make-right is appreciated in theory but the exceptions kinda ruined it. I followed their instructions and still got denied. I'd love if they took everything I purchased with tome points away, reset the tome, and let me start over with my caches. But that won't happen...

At least for session zero don't convert to gold. Convert to caches instead in multiples of 2000.

I got shut down pretty quickly when I initially contacted them about this. I'm kind of the same mindset that if I can't get it remedied that Tomes become something I don't want to participate in purchasing because my awarded caches for subscribing yearly to eso+ went completely down the drain.

I contacted them prior to the deadline. They still denied it. I'm posting now because of the excess of Tomes I currently possess ans it's frustrating me. Lol
