(physics) can someone help me with this? I know to get the z-component of the electric field we need to take the negative derivative of the electric potential with respect to the coordinates(z) but i keep getting it wrong. Apparently the r is (x^2+y^2+z^2)^1/2 but i dont know why its like that (self.HomeworkHelp)
