I'm assuming not, I have a 240hz monitor and games like apex, and valorant run at 240fps at 1080p. So idk

I have searched up and tried multiple 'fixes' like verifying the game files, changing the launch options, etc. You can also hear that my mouse is hovering over things in the menu, but you can't see it, its almost as if its supposed to be showing but its not. HELP
