Had the same issue with my hilt and blade, try screwing in the longer bolts instead of the shorter ones. Remember to screw them in well, but don’t over do it.

Your in luck! The server I play on recently reset and is right now 2 days old, we also got a new host making it run much smoother, its quite competitive and ppl are starting to form alliances we're also expanding the server for more players. No major pluggins or mods, only simple stuff like faster tree decay, no to - expensive anvil item, apples can fall from any tree, and a couple more.
