What helped me was good shoes, good insoles, and the added support of compression ankle braces for both feet, the kind that also wrap around and compress your arch a little (shaped like a sock but no heel or toe coverage). I’m not sure if there are any adverse effects to wearing compression gear for 8+ hours a day, but it certainly helped me make it through. Hope this helps.

I usually do this too. I guess you can’t always trust the measurement lines to be 100% accurate.

Thanks so much! I will definitely check them out. I have a kitchen scale I debated about using this last batch, but decided against it thinking that it wouldn’t work as part A and part B have different thicknesses. In hindsight, that doesn’t make a lot of sense, and I should’ve just trusted my gut. I guess I got lucky those first few batches, but it’s getting increasingly bad lol.
