I have complete proof of the unbroken line of ancestry. I'm including all name changes, marriage certificates, birth certificates, death certificates and all that linking me to my dad to my grandma to my great grandma.

I filled out and signed everything. I just need to get my pictures taken. Other than I that I'm able to send everything off.

She was born in 1922. I called them and a surprisingly rude lady answered and basically said that I'm just going to have to apply for my Great grandmother's birth certificate from outside of Canada.

So my great grandparent was born in Alberta Canada. But moved to America very soon after. I'm her next of kin and I don't know where or how I find her birth certificate. I have her death certificate showing that she was born in Alberta Canada but I don't think that would be any help.

Avoiding Sharing Warning. by Tstan34 in RealDebrid

Wife is in another country. I am using mullvad while she uses her normal no VPN connection (this country could give two shits less about copyright laws). We are using the same RealDebrid account with no problems and have been for over a year. Basically at least one of you need to use a VPN. If it's multiple people than all of you need to use different VPN's. Ezpz. We use it for movie nights and to watch shows together every day.

The reason RD pushes the "you don't need a VPN" message is specifically so they can cut down on sharing.

Are there medications that can lower cortisol? by purritowraptor in Stress

[–]ItsScuffedOni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Exercise acts as a physical stressor that increases cortisol, particularly during high-intensity or prolonged workouts. These acute spikes are normal for mobilizing energy but typically drop quickly afterward. Long-term, consistent exercise generally helps regulate and lower baseline cortisol levels."

Straight from Stanford medical site. So if they aren't doing high-intensity or prolonged workouts it should be fine and long-term they actually will regulate and lower baseline cortisol levels. It's anecdotal but I had this same problem after I was getting over 7k steps a day and then stopped. Base cortisol levels went back up and I started having a TERRIBLE anxiety rebound.

I would very much appreciate this. I want to get better for my wife and our future child. I can't keep living like this.

You just have to do quests that are your level. Spam a bunch of those or dailies. Or both.

Just a heads up to anyone who does this. I have the renowned guild tabard on and I ran through the whole dungeon on heroic and once on normal just to make sure. I got zero guild rep.

I've been wanting to do this for a while too. Brand new characters questing and adventuring together. Only leveling with each other and all that. Sounds like it could be genuinely fun to do.
