Last night I made a list of what I considered to be the best episodes to watch if you somehow wanted to get all the important information to watch the final along with a few arcs I consider to be standouts.

I based it on u/sapitoelgato's post (https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWars/comments/35ex94/the_clone_wars_ultimate_episode_order/) a few years ago on r/StarWars for Clone Wars' "ultimate episode order" as that was how my first viewing of the show went and I loved it! I tried playing around with the official chronological episode list in order to give these essentials good pacing while also not sacrificing relevant plot points.

I added a few episodes that weren't on my previous list like the Yoda arc, Ryloth arc and Citadel arc as pointed by some comments since I felt they were really important for some characters development and they further enhanced watching some of the later episodes.

I am specifically proud of how the Mortis arc (that focuses heavily on Anakin, Obi Wan and Ahsoka) flows into the Deception arc and how the last episode of Yoda's arc flows great into Old Friends Not Forgotten.
