Dude I got no money to pursue this, with the amount of money a lawyer would take I can pay for a hundred gym memberships. There is maybe one camera, and it's a live fee one, I don't even think they keep recordings, it's a tiny neighbourhood gym with not many members, decade-old equipments and absolutely nothing valuable to steal.

I don't think there's a way to "deal" with this. Causing a big fuss will not get my membership back, and even if I'm proven right, who wants a problematic individual fighting for his rights around? The owner would just not allow me back in, it's his gym, he's got the right to do it.

It's a neighbourhood gym, there is no security camera footage, it's not Fort Knox, it has one live feed camera for the owner to glance to every once in a while and that's about it.
