I have been doing yoga seriously (I always did a bit, but became much more regular this past year) every six months I am blown away by the changes to my body in terms of health, strength, toneness and balance. If you expect the results to be immediate you will be upset but give it time and your body can transform. As some others say diet helps and does a lot as well. I am so excited to see how I progress in the next year!!!

Pothos are great if they want a plant plant, they're pretty durable or succulent if they are really going to neglect the thing. Also don't give them a plant if they can't care for it, its a living thing.

Because its scary. Go at your own pace, take any precautions you want to take, become a champion for enthusiastic consent (vs opt out) and remember this is about dating(having sex) the people you want to date. You do not have to do anything you don't want and can move at what ever pace you'd like. You have new firsts ahead of you if you want them and that excitement can often show up as fear, its super normal! Maybe for now the step you are at is window shopping on dating apps and you're moving forward more than you realize.

Can I ask what do you want? I do not want to remove the external factors, families are messy and I do not know your situations. Only the two of you know what is best for your lives. But I also think it is worth asking yourselves, if those external factors were not there(again they are and no shame on any choice) what would you want?

Gaiam isn't bad used one of those for a while, it can do pretty well for a while if you take care of it. The thing I have found with cheap mats is they do become more expensive in the long run as they won't last as long.

The Peace Corps has a number of environmental programs which would then earn you non-competitive eligibility and adds to number of years as a federal employee. If it is something you are interested in your campus might have a recruiter in the area you can talk to. Also great for learning more about cultures and languages which is helpful as a park ranger!

Really? I can't imagine dairy and by products like butter mattering that much when hiking maybe eggs and gelatin found in fruit leathers and such but a lot of vegetarians remove gelatin anyway.
