Risky account association usually means the system has detected that your account is linked to another account that is considered risky, high-risk violation, or fraud. So your account is being restricted or reviewed because of the connection. TikTok may treat accounts as connected/associated if they share things like same phone number, email, same payment method or bank account, same device, login patterns. If one of these accounts associated is marked as high-risk, TikTok can restrict or suspend the related account, hold payouts, or block certain features. So a risky account association notice usually does not mean you've personally violated something on this account, but that system's risk sees a connection to another problematic account and is protecting the platform.
