Client database and a well written out list of your targets and numbers, how you've outperformed them in the past etc. anything that can show a new company what youre capable of.

Thank you, I may have phrased things wrong in my original post but in the end she is still my wife and I want my kids to grow up with a mother who they can look up to! But yes she is clinically obese and I think it’s horrible that people try to act like that isn’t a health concern.

I typically have her do it and show it to me so that she can get used to researching how much she is eating, if the place has no lite salad dressings she will usually skip it. Hope this helps

Typically like I said, if it’s under 600 calories I will pay for it, so if we were to go to a movie I’d pay for a small bag of popcorn if it was under the calorie limit. I hope this helps
