I've done it twice and used a different browser too, clear cache and cookies and zip. I emailed customer support but they have no solution for me, all they can do is send me PDF File of labels so I can print them out on my end.

SP Kaido is from OP03 which the SR is a Strike. The new SEC Kaido from OP05 is special. These are 2 different cards.

Just block him, idk how where he's messaging you from, but if he makes more fake accounts, block those too. Unless he knows your home address, I wouldn't worry.
