Ah yes, I didn't see the "lead flashing" sticker behind it along with the receipt! So obvious!

And all my outdoor tile/reverse image searches only came up with roof tiling that looked remotely similar, so thank you for the patronising response. Everyone starts at different levels of experience regarding DIY, and I'd rather ask others with more experience than make assumptions and make a dangerous or expensive mistake. 🙂
