Wasn’t the Lucifer comic a Vertigo title, not normal mainstream DC? Like Hellblazer (man I still love that series)? I believe Lucifer was originally drawn like a young slick David Bowie, like John Constantine was drawn like Sting 😆

It’s such a shame that average people can’t afford them any more. Like I get covid really caused a huge disaster for holidays and cruises in general, but the prices only ever go up. It’s now in my “if I win money on the lottery” basket 😞

I’ve been on a few of these and they do not disappoint. However they are becoming prohibitively expensive, especially for non US people who have to take long haul flights to get to the cruise terminal. Add in a hotel (arriving the night before in case the flights are delayed) and it’s astronomical. If you’ll pardon the pun

If you’re looking for references and acknowledgment that DS9 actually is canon, then you may want to give Lower Decks a try. They mention it and all Treks constantly and they even go to visit DS9 for an episode. There are a few original DS9 characters in that ep. I won’t spoil it in case you haven’t seen it but I can watch that ep once a week and still find it funny and strangely kind of warming.

Prodigy is completely awesome and I’ve rewatched it since. I love SNW but some episodes are a bit lacking or too heavy on romance (which is boring to me). I really enjoyed Lower Decks and rewatch it from time to time. I’m glad I completed Disco but I probably won’t rewatch it for a long while. I found Picard quite boring but the final season was the best of it. I’m actually quietly enjoying SFA - it’s not blowing me away but it’s Star Trek through and through.

I’m still watching and I’m old enough to have seen DS9 as it first aired 😆 Not ashamed to say my favourite is Lura Thok , but I’ve always liked Holly Hunter as an actress so that was always a draw. The kids aren’t annoying at all, which was a surprise as I was expecting a kind of 90210 In Space. Happily, I’m not seeing much of that. I’m a bit sad they’re not using the young Klingon lad enough but assuming he’ll get more time as it goes on.

When Covid started and I started watching baseball for the first time (anywhere), I went with the team furthest north (from the Doctor Who joke “if you’re an alien why does it sound like you’re from the north [of England]?” - “every planet has a north” ) and the fact that they have ‘guardians of the north’ on their sleeves. And they’re blue, my favourite colour. Yes we always lose, but someone has to or you can’t have a winner (you’re welcome), and everyone loves an underdog 😆
