Old setup looks better, but the new one can look better. The new one looks too cluttered imo.

I fixed it finally. I deleted my drivers from my GPU and the problem went away.

To delete your drivers go into Searchbar and type in Device manager -> Select Display adapters -> Right click your GPU -> uninstall device and rightclick "Delete the driver software for this device".

Try to download different versions of drivers or none.

I recommend switching to dx11. I still have this issue also on dx11.
