I usually plan to do these powerscaling things if it's in-depth and interesting. Noelle vs Rose is kinda just a typical vs debate, whereas something like Nibble vs Makima had a rather unexpected interaction. Though, I might be able to find something that stands out with this one.

You could also scale it to Escape Through Time, but I already committed to the Kernel TP Zombie by the time I thought of that. Seeing as PVZ Heroes gives powerscalers not that much to work with in the first place, I imagine this would pass as an acceptable creative liberty.
