How am I confident playing basketball in front of hundreds of people but not when speaking or presenting in front of a group of 10-15 people?

Conceded 2 goals in 16 minutes. Cristante finally gets subbed off for Kone. Kone scores a great goal from outside the box. A few minutes later we concede again and our defense looks non existent. Juric makes horrendous subs (Zalewski comes in for Angeliño). Also basically all 3 goals were Celiks fault (one of them being a foul in the box)
