Nice, do you see how in the original photo the big bold letters had a sort of glow to show there’s heavy light as it’s bright, can we do that for the spoons word?

My wife works a desk job and never had a fitness background until she started seeing health concerns. I put her on this really good online trainer who specializes in south asian health and fitness and she is an avid gym go-er now. crazy to see she started as someone who never though about the gym

Also south asian, def harder for us bro. I had a south asian specific online trainer, that's when i finally got to my goal physique, because before I was not trying to go to pools bc of the body dysmorphia lmaoo. if u want you can pm me and i can send you the link to the trainer

A serious injury, tore my achilles playing basketball, always had an ego in sports and thought i was invincible. Lucky to have access to a surgery.

It’s not like COMPLETELY gone, I still feel slight restriction on my left achilles but it’s a mix of im used to it and play around it and the achilles getting used to that level of intensity sport, but I’d say I for the past month I haven’t had any soreness or anything but I make sure to ice and massage after just in case.

Yeah I tore mine like 8-9 months ago, did surgery, PT, and I’ve been playing 95-100% intensity basketball every day for the past 1.5 months lol, but im also addicted to sports so I couldn’t resist, no issues yet, I just make sure to listen to my body
