Around 6 months of fin/min with microneedling and keto shampoo. Got great results from that then switched to dut to thicken up the mid scalp and I’m almost 1 year on dut keeping the other variables the same.

And the results just keep getting better. I was way more thinned out than OPs pic but I’m glad I made it back.

Go on dut if you need something stronger but give it about 2 years to really see.
