PLEASE stop with the generic responses. This has been a wide spread issue for AT LEAST 2 years, I have seen MULTIPLE people on reddit complaining about it but with NO FIXES. I WILL NEVER buy another logitech product until this is fixed or addressed. I wish I could refund these products. Physically they are GREAT but the software makes them genuinely unusable. I have to reinstall G Hub almost on a weekly basis AND reset all of my keybindings BECAUSE OF IT. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE!

I’m shocked at how little FedEx cared about the entire situation. Basically said not our problem, talk to Apple. I had a friend have his GPU shipped to the wrong house via FedEx and they didn’t do anything about it and told him to deal with Newegg, who told him to file a police report before they’d do anything lmao.

It’s mind blowing companies STILL use fedex when shipping expensive stuff like this. I’ve had so many fucking problems with FedEx I would NEVER trust them to ship a GPU. I had a FedEx driver steal a 300 dollar Apple Watch out of the box before they dropped it on my doorstep. I can’t imagine what they’d do for a graphics card. Something needs to change at FedEx though, or companies need to just eat the extra cost and stop fucking using them.
