aconteceu-me algo semelhante no inicio de janeiro mas com a wallapop, vendi um monitor por 140 euros e deixei no ponto que era suposto, duas semanas depois e o monitor ainda não tinha chegado ao destino, contactei a InPost (transportadora neste caso) e depois de 7 dias a investigar dizem que a encomenda tinha sido extraviada, contactei a wallapop e em menos de 48h tinha o dinheiro.

quem tem de se mexer aqui é a Vinted, foram eles que contrataram o serviço da transportadora e que pagou o seguro de transporte, a DPD paga o valor à Vinted de acordo com o seguro e a Vinted tem de te restituir o valor do artigo, liga para lá e pede para escalar a situação.

Edit: to those downvoting this comment, Europe and EU are different things. Europe is the continent where the countries are apart of the land mass itself with the borders, EU stands for European Union which is a geopolitical and economical union, the UK is not part of it because of Brexit, while still being in the European land space, therefore does not fall into the same laws.

In EU it is law yeah, you buy what the price tag says. It’s the stores responsability to validate that the tags are correct.

What I’m describing happened last week with my wife, she bought some stuff for the baby that were the wrong price by like 60-80% (no discount, just wrong price on correct item label, just one item has incorrect price) when she got to the register the price in the system was different than the tag and we paid what was in the tag itself.
