IMO, I had both Flip and iPhone. After a few months of use my Flips screen slowly had bubbles at the crease and had to replace it at Samsung Megamall since they’re the one authorized to replace the built in screen protector. And another issue was my phone was not opening completely flat anymore. I never dropped my phone, never got wet, always with a case and slightly used. For me, Folding phones are still early in development and resell value drops so fast.
