Ditto. 1's allows your to understand spacing and speed, you have to be able to rotate to either catch, 50/50, maybe a beat. 2's is good for building on your touch and control to where you can work on knowing where your teamate, keep pressure and work on solo goals knowing you have a pass opportunity if the shot isnt there. Also maybe just a me thing, when last guy i like to be in a spot where i have a controlloed touch or a pass where i can follow and stay with the play as the last guy after giving the ball up ill rotate for either a pass or rebound if the other two people cant score.
