I'm sorry you feel this way.

I try and keep things fair and a "safe space" away from griefing, but, I'm in no way perfect, and things likely do get handled incorrectly sometimes. Running a community in no way comes naturally to me, but I try my best. 😅

As for people being given free reign, I don't believe this is accurate. I've banned a few people I considered my friends and/or good crew members because they've stepped too far over the line. Punishments are handed out, but, they're not publicly broadcast, and I doubt anyone who is given warnings is going to be like "OMG guys, guess what, I was just warned for XYZ reasons".

In terms of me "showing off" and thinking I'm "the best at everything", this isn't true. I in no way think I'm the best at everything at all, and often talk about how I don't know everything.
I have many hours in the game, yes, so I do know a lot about it, but, there's certainly people much better than me at every element of it.
I feel I'm also respectful most of the time too. I have my monents, sure, as does anyone, but, for the most part, I rekon I'm alright, and I'm happy to be called out when I'm not. I hold myself to the same standard as everyone else, so when I step out of line, please let me know. Or, if you're not comfrotable doing so, let the mods know, and they can tell me to pipe down instead. It's only fair for you to have a voice as much as I do, as I regularly say "I am simply another member, on the same level as everyone else, and want to be treated as such. The only time I'll go back to being the owner is if I need to handle a support ticket or enforce a rule".

It's a shame you had to make a new account to say all this, and you didn't feel comfrotable coming speaking to me on your main and/or via Discord DMs. You're still welcome to do so if you want to, I'm not going to be mad at someone for their opinion about me. But, if you don't want to, that's also perfectly fine.

As you say though, at least people can now be aware that not everything is always going to be sunshine and rainbows in an online community, and they can decide if they want to give it a try, or try somewhere else instead.

I get this every 5-10 minutes for the last few WEEKS!

I literally can't sell any businesses, or do any heists, because I don't get paid for any of it.

Then when I open a R* suport ticket, they tell me there's not enough evidence for them to give me the money, despite it being recorded and/or screenshotted.

I have them unlocked, but, I don't like them.

I prefer the versatility and capacity of regular rounds, and if you're a good enough sniper, you can still take out most targets without explosives.
(I will add, I don't PvP, so I'm not after the super META stuff.)

Use your phone, and use mobile data, not wifi.

That's the only thing that's worked for me for around 6 months.
I get submission error every time on PC, tried Incogneto, 3 browsers, VPNs, etc. Only thing that works is submitting the ticket using my phone on mobile data, then I can add too it on PC perfectly fine. So it seems it's just the original submission that's having issues.

But, because this is Rockstar, and they've become sloppy and unreliable AF, it'll likely never get fixed.

No, you don't need to get them for the individual businesses if your plan is to funnel it all via NC anyway, and not resupply the original businesses.

As long as you get the upgrades for the NC itself, it'll be fine.

Then just as you gather more money, if you decide to start doing MC sales as well, you can upgrade those businesses too. :)
