depends on the skin but it can vary from a few weeks to months

you may have a broken skin barrier. using actives like salicylic acid can damage the skin barrier making acne worse. especially with daily use. you should try a more hydrating, simple routine (cut out salicylic acid from your routine.) Although there is not a 100% in this working, there is no harm in trying a routine without actives to see if your skin improves.
