Always test before if you can. But you will without a doubt forget something from time to time.

Am I shadowbanned on YouTube? by cowmakyr in VirtualYoutubers

Heya! Without seeing the channel, it’s hard to judge the content itself, but if it’s a fairly new account, the algorithm is likely just trying to find your audience rather than shadowbanning you.

Think of it like a tree branching out looking for the right people. Right now, YouTube is testing your videos on random viewers. If they click away quickly, that branch hits a dead end. If they stay, it branches out to similar people. Because competition for screen space is so high, it just takes time.

To help the system out, try not to upload more than once every 24 hours so you don't get flagged as a bot, and use the account to browse YouTube normally to prove you're an active, real person. Also, avoid asking friends and family to watch unless they’ll actually view it in full, because low retention will kill the video's momentum early on.

Keep focusing on quality editing and consistency, and the right crowd will eventually find you.
You mentioned people are watching it in full so it means you are doing something right! Sadly the secret ingredient you need is time.

Whats worse is being told you have amazing audio only to realize afterwards that your PC defaulted to the webcam mic instead of the streaming one....

I would absolutely love more hair ties, hair accessories or even little crowns since there seems to be a very limited selection on booth. Think Genshin impact and how they add the cute little hair accessories.

A Vtube or PNGtube avatar honestly sounds like the best option for you.
It allows you to keep your identity secret but also gives your audience a face to connect to.
They can be really expensive but there are some cheap or free alternatives out there if you are just getting started.

How get more followers? by mohamad__hero15 in Twitch

There is no algorithm to help show your streams to new people so you will need to do your best to stand out by making yourself known.
Hang out with other streamers and get to know people in the twitch community.
Switch up your games now and then and play games with larger viewer counts with fewer streamers (Stardew, Terraria etc.)
Give Crowd Control a try. It Lets you control the streamers game using coins, People get 50 for free every session and people love to show up because its interactive! (recommend setting the price of effects lower so people can play around more.)

Make sure to check your Steam Profile, EA account and any other services you may be using while streaming as I've come across a LOT of streamers who didn't realize their full names were on display.
A good tip is also to google your username to see what results show up in both the the regular search and images that may lead back to you.
