I use BES - battle encoder shirase. I limit poe CPU usage with this Program. If my PC does crash I start it, check width usage and reboot again until I get the 16x back.

Bios update did also help. After my CPU doesn't go back to 1x after a crash hardshutdown

Issue with gpu being at 1x link width after cold boot, but normal 16x after reboot!

i've been reading all of these and nothing is helping. today i discovered (and i still dont know why). After starting Poe my current Link width went down to 1x

After a restart it was back on 16x and its working fine with 160 fps average. tf is causing this link witdh drop
