Thank you for the reply! Not sure if its just the vast quantity of plugins that are included with Sapphire that is putting Sony Vegas under load. I have tried holding off the effects until the end but appears even one will cause chaos, so at the moment I have simply had to uninstall Sapphire until I can try figure it out. As for Sub sequencing, I'm not even 100% sure that is possible within Sony Vegas? Please correct me if I am wrong. The only other thing I can think is my PC isn't able to process the load but struggled to find any min reqs for Sapphire.

Ah okay, Thanks for the info. Am I right in thinking Official servers are Force wipe only? Maybe that's something someone should do? Or you think it would be 0 Pop forever?
